I am a Computer Science graduate who has been building computers and making websites for many years.
I am currently working as a Web Developer for a small company making web-based applications and have previously worked in broadband technical support.

About the site
This site is aimed at people who have very little knowledge of computers and there associated problems. I know a fair bit but not enough to deal with very large problems I'm afraid.
The site is developed for users of Windows© based computers, primarily Windows XP©. I have a little experience of Linux and Mac OSX (10.4)® environments but not really enough to be of much assistance.
